Someone close to me had a vision of Jesus

And it's changed my life as a Christian.

It all started a few months ago, I was talking with a close friend about near death experiences and it's almost like it started a domino effect.  Fast forward to this past Saturday, the day it (the vision) happened.  I'm keeping this person anonymous out of respect because they wanted me to.  So, I had been talking again with my original close friend (my previous blog and the dream I had) about near death experiences and supernatural experiences.  The same day I was in my car, and I turned the radio on, and it was talking about if God gives you a dream or a vision.  I laughed and thought that's weird timing given the conversation I had just had.  Little did I know that it was about to get weirder.  The very next day (Sunday morning) I was talking with a family member, and they told me something I wasn't expecting, they had a vision of Jesus.  It happened Saturday night and they almost didn't tell me because they were still analyzing what they saw; and also, they weren't sure if they should tell anyone.  In the vision they saw Jesus with his arms extended, palms facing out; they weren't sure if this was to show his scars, but that's what they saw.  When they saw him, they said that they just knew it was Jesus.  He was wearing a red robe and had dark shoulder length hair and dark eyes, they looked dark brown.  He also had a long nose and was skinnier than what they thought he would be, not super skinny, but also not super buff either.  But they were most distracted by his robe so that's what they focused on.  I did a little research on Jesus wearing a red robe and he is wearing one in the book of Revelation (he also was wearing one in the Old Testament before he was crucified).  How did this make me feel as a Christian?  Shocked to say the least.  It honestly gave me a wake-up call as a believer and really made me look at my own life as a Christian and my walk in the faith.  I have had some supernatural encounters with God/angels over my years as a Christian, but I wasn't about to talk about them on here.  I honestly debated with myself if I should even share this on my blog, but I decided to because it's my blog firstly and secondly you never know if this could help someone with their own faith in God.  Anyhow, I'm glad I shared this, and I hope it helps or encourages someone.
